INFORMATION TEXT UNDER LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Data Controller
This 'Information Text' has been prepared by Günili Yazılım and Engineering Inc. ('Company') as the data controller in accordance with Article 10 titled 'Obligation of Data Controller to Inform' and Article 11 titled 'Rights of the Data Subject' of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('KVKK') to inform you about the methods of collecting, processing, using, transferring, and destroying your personal data.
Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed verbally, in writing, or electronically within the scope of Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the KVKK;
- To carry out our Human Resources processes and activities within the specified legal framework,
- Planning, auditing, and execution of information security processes,
- Establishment and management of information technology infrastructure,
- Tracking financial and/or accounting affairs,
- Contract management, establishment of legal transactions, and tracking of legal processes,
- Ensuring personnel security,
- Conducting efficiency and/or appropriateness analyses of our commercial activities, planning and/or executing these activities,
- Determination and implementation of commercial and business strategies
- Provision of products and services, post-sales support services, management of customer relations processes,
- Handling your requests and complaints,
- Fulfillment of the Company's contractual and legal obligations in full and properly,
- Evaluation, response, and improvement works of the suggestions, requests, complaints, and malfunction notifications you will convey to us through our website.
Your personal data is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698; for the provision of products and services, management of customer relations processes, handling your requests and complaints, conducting commercial activities carried out by our company, necessary studies by our relevant business units, and the execution of related business processes, as well as in compliance with the obligations and responsibilities envisaged by the relevant legislation, and stored securely in physical or electronic environment for a suitable period within the purpose of processing.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data processed within the scope of the disclosed purposes may be transferred within the limits of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties
Our company shares your personal data only; with natural and legal persons, directly/indirectly/domestically/internationally our subsidiaries, natural and legal persons with whom we have contractual relationships due to our activities, subcontractors, business partners, shareholders, legal, financial, and tax advisors, auditors, audit firms or competent public institutions or organizations authorized to request such data within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, provided that sufficient measures are taken in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles stated in the KVKK and for the purpose of conducting Company activities.
Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law(KVKK)
Without prejudice to the exceptions envisaged in Article 28 titled 'Exceptions' of the KVKK, as personal data owners within the framework of Article 11 of the KVKK;
Important Note: It is important for your information/data shared with the Company to be correct and accurately conveyed to be able to exercise your rights. The responsibility arising from providing incorrect or erroneous information/data belongs to the party transmitting the information/data to the Company.
